This is the first in a series of many games under the same title. Today, our two locations are busy, bustling fixtures in the Sand Springs area. Bubble Town is a puzzle, strategy game published, and released by Oberon Media and iPlay on January 6, 2009.
In the years since then, BubbleTown Carwashes has expanded into an additional location in Berryhill, and built several additional self-service and automated bays. In an attempt to make car washing easier for Sand Springs residents, Smejkal offered some supersized bays, large enough to accommodate big boats and RVs, and working hours that were convenient for working people. Be careful where you aim because wasted shots clutter the board, and if the Borbs reach the yellow danger zone, the game is over. In those early days, BubbleTown was just a single carwash location with a series of self-service bays outside the building. Bubble Town 2 features neither bubbles nor towns, so anyone expecting a complex city building game based in a bath will be sorely disappointed. Bubble Town is the arcade-style puzzle game that will test your wits, not just your reflexes.
The goal of the game is to clear the playing field from balls. Founded by Brian Smejkal, a one-time “computer science guy,” BubbleTown was a 21st century car wash that Brian put his heart into.
